Alternative Delivery Arrangements
We understand that our inclusive delivery package might not work for everyone – you may need delivery on a specific date, a two person team or delivery at the weekend or an evening. We would be very happy explore other options for you, understanding that this would incur additional cost which you would need to bear.

Arranging Collection
If you would like to make your own collection arrangements we can store a sold or reserved item for a maximum of four weeks from the date of purchase. We can also deduct from the total cost what we would have paid our driver had you opted for inclusive delivery.
We will wrap the item ready for transit to ensure it leaves us in pristine condition. We would recommend that you use a specialised furniture delivery company who is fully insured against damages.
We’re available for collection from Mon-Fri 9.30am-3pm but require advance notice to ensure your piece is ready and waiting. Our address and contact details can be found on our get in touch page.
